Manual for ticket buyers

From finding an event to showing your ticket at the door.

This manual explains the complete guest journey. It covers public event discovery, the information to check before paying, account access, the ticket wallet and what to do when a plan changes. The event page and the terms shown during checkout remain the source for event-specific prices, age rules and refund conditions.

For guests who want to discover an event, buy a ticket or manage an existing order.
Step 1

Find an event that fits the whole plan

Start on Events when you already know what you want, or use Discover to compare events and places by city, distance and category. Open the event page instead of relying on a poster or social-media screenshot. The page brings together the date, start time, venue, map, organizer, line-up and available ticket choices. If an event is imported from an external source, Entriza sends you to the named provider for the final booking and clearly separates that route from an Entriza checkout.

What to do

  • Set a city or use your position only when you want nearby results.
  • Check the exact venue pin, age rule, event time and ticket type.
  • Save the event or follow a linked DJ, organizer or venue if you want later suggestions.
Step 2

Create and protect your account

A real Entriza purchase belongs to an account so that the current ticket, notices and support history are not tied to one browser tab. Register with an email address you can access, verify it when asked and use a strong password. The account security area shows the available sign-in methods and active sessions. Never share a password, ticket QR code or one-time authentication code with an organizer, DJ or support contact.

What to do

  • Register or sign in before starting payment.
  • Confirm that your email address is correct because order messages use it.
  • Review account security and sign out sessions you no longer recognize.
Step 3

Choose a ticket and complete checkout

Read the ticket name and description before selecting a quantity. General admission, a table package and a guest-list place are different offers. During checkout Entriza creates a short inventory hold so the same remaining place is not sold twice while you pay. Stripe handles the card payment for the organizer shown as the seller. A ticket is issued only after the payment result is confirmed, so do not close the success page simply because your banking app has displayed an authorization.

What to do

  • Check quantity, total price, currency and seller before confirming.
  • Use your own payment details and finish any bank verification step.
  • Wait for the confirmation page, then open the dashboard to verify that the ticket is present.
Step 4

Use the ticket wallet at the venue

Your dashboard stores the current QR credential and a manual backup code. Open the ticket shortly before reaching the door and increase screen brightness if the scanner has difficulty reading it. The first valid scan confirms entry; the same credential cannot be used a second time. A screenshot may grant access to whoever holds it, so keep the QR private. Event staff can use the manual code when the camera cannot read the screen, but they should never ask you to send the code in advance.

What to do

  • Charge your phone and sign in before joining the entrance queue.
  • Open the correct event and show the QR only to authorized entrance staff.
  • Keep the order email as a reference, but use the live wallet credential for entry.
Step 5

Handle transfers, refunds and event changes

Available actions appear with the ticket or order. A completed transfer replaces the old ticket credential immediately and the reward balance stays with the original account. A refund request opens a review and does not reverse payment until it is approved under the applicable event terms and consumer law. When the organizer changes the date, venue, city, ticket status or cancellation state, affected users receive a notification. Read the current event page and the message in your dashboard before travelling.

What to do

  • Use Transfer only for the intended recipient and verify the email address first.
  • Open a structured refund request with the affected order and a short reason.
  • Keep notifications unread until you have followed any required action.
Step 6

Use My Cyprus, rewards and support

My Cyprus combines saved events, followed profiles and a personal event feed. Suggestions explain why they appear and can include future Entriza events and external discovery listings. If a reward campaign is active for one of your upcoming events, the dashboard shows its target and your paid referral progress. A reward appears in the wallet with its QR code, validity, station and rules after it is earned. For anything that cannot be solved with the displayed action, open Support from the dashboard so the case remains connected to your account.

What to do

  • Save only events you still want to track and unfollow profiles that are no longer relevant.
  • Share your personal referral link rather than copying another person's link.
  • Include the event or order in a support case, but never include card data or passwords.

Common questions

Payment succeeded but no ticket is visible. What should I do?

Refresh the dashboard once and check that you used the same account and email. If the ticket is still missing, open a support case with the event and order reference. Do not pay a second time unless support confirms that the first payment failed.

My QR code was already used or is blocked. Can staff let me in?

Entrance staff must follow the scanner result. Show identification only if the organizer's process requires it and ask the event manager to review the order. A second scan cannot override a consumed or revoked credential.

Can I buy an externally listed event through Entriza?

Only when the event page presents an Entriza ticket checkout. External discovery listings lead to the named provider, whose account, payment and refund process applies to that purchase.
