Checkout and payment manual
Check the offer, complete payment and confirm the ticket once.
An Entriza checkout connects a ticket offer, a short inventory hold, the organizer's Stripe payment and the ticket issued to your account. This guide explains each state so you can avoid duplicate purchases and know what to do when a bank screen and the Entriza dashboard do not update at the same moment.
Confirm that the event uses Entriza checkout
An Entriza event page displays ticket choices and a checkout action. An external discovery listing may instead open another provider. Read which route you are using before entering payment details because the seller, account and refund process can differ. On Entriza, the organizer named on the event page is the ticket seller.
What to do
- Open the current event detail page rather than an old social link.
- Check whether the action starts Entriza checkout or names an external provider.
- Review the organizer, date, venue and entry conditions before selecting tickets.
Choose the correct ticket and quantity
Read the ticket name, description, price and limits. General admission, table packages and guest-list places are not interchangeable. A promo code can change the price only when it is valid for the selected offer and time. The displayed total should match the quantity before you continue to payment.
What to do
- Select only the quantity you intend to use.
- Verify currency, fees, total and any applied promotion.
- Read age, admission and package conditions before continuing.
Understand the temporary inventory hold
Entriza creates a short hold while you complete payment. The hold reduces the chance that the last place is sold to two buyers, but it is not a completed order. If checkout is abandoned or the hold expires, inventory can return for sale. Starting several checkout tabs can create confusion and does not improve the chance of obtaining a ticket.
What to do
- Use one browser tab and one signed-in account.
- Complete the payment without leaving the checkout inactive.
- Restart from the event page if the hold has expired.
Pay through the protected Stripe flow
Stripe collects the payment information for the organizer. Entriza does not ask you to send raw card details by chat, email or support case. Your bank may require an additional verification step. A bank authorization or pending charge is not by itself the final Entriza ticket confirmation, so return to the checkout result and dashboard.
What to do
- Confirm the amount and seller shown before approving payment.
- Complete any verification directly in the bank or Stripe screen.
- Never send card numbers or verification codes to event staff.
Confirm the result in your account
The success page verifies the protected checkout reference against the account that started payment. The dashboard is the continuing source for the ticket and its current credential. Keep the confirmation email for reference, but use the live ticket wallet at the entrance. If the success page is closed, sign in to the same account and check the dashboard before doing anything else.
What to do
- Wait for the checkout result instead of assuming from the bank notification.
- Open the dashboard and confirm the event and ticket status.
- Keep the order reference without sharing its QR credential.
Resolve a delayed or failed result safely
A temporary delay can occur between payment authorization and ticket display. Refresh the dashboard once and confirm the signed-in email. If a confirmed payment still has no ticket, create a support case with the event, approximate checkout time and available order reference. Do not buy again unless the first attempt is clearly marked failed or support confirms that no order exists.
What to do
- Check the same account and refresh the ticket list once.
- Record the event and checkout time without including card data.
- Use structured support before attempting a duplicate purchase.

Common checkout questions
My bank shows a charge, but Entriza shows no ticket. Should I pay again?
No. Check the same account and allow the confirmation to complete. If the ticket remains missing, open a support case with the event and checkout time. A second payment can create a duplicate order.
Why did the selected ticket become unavailable?
The remaining inventory may have been purchased by another guest or your temporary hold may have expired. Return to the event page to see the current ticket options.
Entriza sent me to another ticket website. Who handles that order?
External discovery events use the provider named on the listing. That provider's checkout, account, ticket delivery and refund route apply to the purchase.
