Account and security manual
Keep tickets, profiles and organizer access under your control.
Your Entriza account can hold tickets, saved events, public profiles and access to organizer or entrance tools. Security therefore affects more than sign-in. This guide explains how to set up the account, recover access and review sensitive settings without sharing passwords, one-time codes or ticket credentials.
Register with an address you control
Use an email address that you can open reliably. It receives verification, password recovery, order and account messages. Complete email verification before relying on the account for an event. One person can use several Entriza areas, so you do not need separate logins for buying tickets, managing a DJ profile or joining an organizer team.
What to do
- Enter your own current email address and a unique password.
- Open the verification message and complete the protected link.
- Choose the account areas that match what you actually do.
Use a strong and unique password
A password used on another service can expose Entriza when that service is breached. Use a password manager where possible and never send the password by email, chat or support form. Entriza support, an organizer and entrance staff do not need it. If you suspect that somebody knows it, change it before reviewing other sessions.
What to do
- Create a long password that is not reused elsewhere.
- Store it in a trusted password manager instead of a shared note.
- Change it immediately after any suspicious sign-in or disclosure.
Understand connected Google sign-in
The security page shows whether a Google account is connected. A connected provider is another way to authenticate the same Entriza account, not a second ticket wallet. Before removing a sign-in method, make sure another working method remains available. Keep the connected Google account protected with its own recovery details and security controls.
What to do
- Check which Google identity is connected before making changes.
- Confirm that password access works before disconnecting the provider.
- Review security alerts in both Entriza and the connected provider.
Enable two-factor authentication for sensitive work
Two-factor authentication adds a time-based code after the password. It is especially important for people who publish events, manage customer data, control profiles or use scanner permissions. Save recovery information in a secure place that is separate from the phone. Never read an authentication code to someone who contacts you unexpectedly.
What to do
- Scan the setup code with a trusted authenticator app.
- Confirm setup using the current code shown by the app.
- Store recovery material securely and test access before an event day.
Review sessions and remove old access
The account security area can sign out other browsers and devices. Use this after a lost phone, work on a shared computer or a team change. Signing out a session does not cancel tickets or delete profiles. It only requires that device to authenticate again. Organizer owners should also remove obsolete workspace roles because ending a personal session does not revoke every assigned permission.
What to do
- Sign out all other sessions when a device is lost or no longer trusted.
- Remove organizer or scanner roles that are no longer needed.
- Sign out manually before returning a borrowed or shared device.
Recover access without exposing account data
Use the password recovery form on Entriza and enter the address that belongs to the account. The response does not reveal whether an address exists. Open only the most recent recovery message and complete it on a device you trust. If you cannot access the email account, use structured support and be ready to verify ownership without sending card numbers, passwords or authentication codes.
What to do
- Request one reset and allow the message time to arrive.
- Check spam and the exact email spelling before requesting again.
- Open support if recovery remains unavailable, using no secret credentials.

Common account questions
I did not receive a verification or reset email. What should I check?
Check the address spelling and spam folder, then wait before requesting another message. Use only the newest link because an older one may no longer be valid. If nothing arrives, contact support without sending your password.
Will changing my password remove my tickets?
No. Tickets and profiles belong to the account, not to the old password. After the change, review active sessions and sign out other devices if there is any security concern.
Can several staff members share one organizer login?
Each person should use their own account and receive only the required role. Shared credentials make it difficult to remove access or determine who performed an important action.
