Rewards and referrals manual
Share the right link, track paid referrals and redeem the earned reward.
Some organizers can attach a limited reward campaign to an upcoming event. Your dashboard explains the target, current paid referral progress and reward conditions. A click or registration alone does not count. The referred guest must complete an eligible paid purchase, and campaign limits and refund rules still apply.
Check whether the event has an active campaign
Reward progress appears only when the organizer has configured an eligible campaign for the event. Read the reward name, description, paid referral target, per-user limit, validity, station and any age or ticket requirement. Do not assume that every event or every ticket type participates.
What to do
- Open the event and your dashboard reward progress.
- Read the target and conditions before sharing.
- Check the redemption period and station before the event.
Share your own referral link
Use the personal link shown for your account and event. The link lets Entriza attribute an eligible later purchase without exposing your order or ticket credential. Copying another person's link credits their progress, not yours. Never include your ticket QR, manual ticket code or account recovery link in a referral post.
What to do
- Copy the referral URL from your own signed-in dashboard.
- Share the event information accurately without promising guaranteed availability.
- Keep ticket and account credentials separate from the public link.
Understand what creates paid progress
Progress is tied to an eligible completed purchase attributed to the personal link. Self-referrals, duplicate attribution, unpaid attempts and excluded transactions do not create valid progress. The dashboard is the source for the current count because a friend opening the link or saying that they bought is not enough to confirm eligibility.
What to do
- Track the paid count in the reward progress card.
- Allow completed orders time to reach their final state.
- Use support for a specific missing eligible purchase without sharing private buyer data.
Know when the reward is issued
When the target is met and the campaign still has capacity, Entriza issues the reward to the referrer's wallet. Maximum-per-user and campaign budget limits prevent unlimited issuance. The reward belongs to that account and does not automatically transfer with a ticket. Its wallet entry states whether a valid event ticket is also required.
What to do
- Look for the issued reward in the dashboard wallet.
- Check its status, validity and event before travelling.
- Keep the reward credential private until redemption.
Redeem at the correct station
Open the live reward QR in the dashboard at the named station. Staff use the reward scanner mode, which is separate from event admission. They check status, validity, event, station and additional rules. One successful redemption consumes the credential. A screenshot shown again does not restore it.
What to do
- Show the reward only at the station listed in the wallet.
- Bring the event ticket when the campaign requires one.
- Choose the stated non-alcoholic alternative when applicable and preferred.
Understand refunds, reversals and support
If a qualifying referred purchase is refunded or otherwise loses eligibility, the related progress can be reversed. An unredeemed reward based on that progress may be revoked according to campaign rules. The dashboard shows the current state. Open one structured support case when a concrete order appears to have been evaluated incorrectly, without asking the referred buyer to disclose payment credentials.
What to do
- Review progress again after any related refund.
- Do not promise a reward before the wallet shows it as issued.
- Reference the event and campaign in support, not another person's card data.

Common rewards questions
My friend opened the link. Why did progress not increase?
A visit alone does not count. The campaign requires an eligible completed paid purchase attributed to your link. The dashboard updates from the recorded order state.
Can I give my reward to the person who bought through my link?
The reward is issued to the referrer's account and follows the displayed campaign rules. It does not automatically transfer with a ticket or referral purchase.
Why did my paid referral progress decrease?
A related order may have been refunded or lost eligibility. Check the current dashboard state and open a support case for a specific discrepancy.
