My Cyprus manual
Turn the dashboard into a useful view of events you care about.
My Cyprus uses your saved events and followed DJs, organizers or venues to show relevant upcoming events. Each recommendation includes a reason. You remain in control of follows, saves and optional engagement emails, while transaction messages about tickets, authentication and refunds continue to follow their own delivery rules.
Follow the profiles that matter to you
Open a verified DJ, organizer or venue profile and choose Follow. A follow connects future published events from that identity to your dashboard. It does not buy a ticket, reserve a place or subscribe you to every kind of email. Use the profile page to confirm that you are following the intended identity, especially when stage or venue names are similar.
What to do
- Open the public profile from an event or the profile directory.
- Check the name, profile type and linked events before following.
- Remove the follow from My Cyprus when it is no longer relevant.
Save an event for later
Saving places an upcoming event in your personal list and helps Entriza understand useful categories and cities. It does not hold inventory or guarantee that tickets remain available. Both Entriza events and external discovery events can be saved. For an external listing, payment and customer service still belong to the provider named on that listing.
What to do
- Save the event from its detail page.
- Return to the Saved section in the dashboard to review it.
- Remove expired plans so future recommendations stay relevant.
Read why an event appears in your feed
The feed ranks future public events using clear signals such as a followed profile, a category you saved, a matching discovery genre or a city you save often. The reason shown on the card explains the strongest match. Recommendations are guidance, not an endorsement or proof of availability. Always open the current event page before making plans.
What to do
- Read the reason under the recommendation.
- Open the event to verify time, place, seller and ticket route.
- Adjust saves and follows if the feed repeatedly misses your interests.
Use the notification inbox
Notifications can report a new event from a followed profile, a reminder for a saved event or a material change. Date, venue, city, ticket status and cancellation changes are treated as important. A title or image edit alone does not create the same alert. Open the action from the notification, review the event and mark the message read after you understand what changed.
What to do
- Open unread messages from the dashboard notification section.
- Follow the safe action link to the event, profile or dashboard area.
- Keep travel and purchase decisions based on the current event page.
Choose whether to receive a daily digest
Engagement emails are off by default. You can enable the daily digest in the dashboard preferences. When enabled, Entriza may group up to ten new engagement notices into one message around the daily delivery window in Cyprus. No digest is sent when there is nothing new. Turning it off does not suppress necessary transaction emails about your account, order, ticket, waitlist or refund.
What to do
- Open notification preferences in the dashboard.
- Enable the digest only if you want optional event updates by email.
- Disable it at any time while keeping in-app notifications available.
Keep the feed useful over time
The feed becomes more relevant when your saves and follows match real plans. Saving every event can dilute category and city signals. Review the list after an event has passed, and unfollow profiles you no longer want to track. Ticket ownership, reward progress and support cases do not disappear when you clean up these preference signals.
What to do
- Review saved events before planning a weekend or trip.
- Keep only follows that you still want to influence recommendations.
- Use direct search when you need an event outside your usual interests.

Common My Cyprus questions
Why do I see an event I did not save?
It may match a followed profile, a saved category, an external genre or a city you save often. The card states the reason. Remove outdated follows or saves if that signal is no longer useful.
Does saving an event reserve a ticket?
No. Saving is a personal bookmark and recommendation signal. Only a completed Entriza checkout or the named external provider can create a booking.
Why did I not receive a digest email?
The digest must be enabled and there must be new eligible notices. Check the preference in your dashboard. Transaction messages are separate and are not controlled by the digest switch.
